Take time to look through the ministries available to you and pray about where God would have you get involved or even serve.
Ministry Opportunities
Contractors for Christ provides the church with opportunities to share the love of Christ through acts of service. While we SHOW the Gospel we are looking for opportunities to SHARE the Gospel as we believe they both go hand in hand. If God has blessed you with talents and resources in the construction field and if you’re interested in using these gifts for Him pick up a ministry involvement form at the front desk or call 344-0880, ext 1175.

The Drug and Alcohol class is a nine-week course designed to share the love, hope, instruction, and encouragement of Jesus Christ with those whose lives are dominated by addiction. The goal of the class is to help people see the problem of addiction the way Jesus sees it. We then teach them how to allow the Holy Spirit to bring about healing and transformation in their lives.
Each class consists of a study in the Scriptures relevant to the problem of addiction, followed by a small group discussion about how to apply the teachings of Jesus to overcome these weaknesses. Spouses and loved ones are encouraged to attend with you.

This class is designed to help men with moral purity. In our efforts to live victorious Christian lives and enjoy true intimacy with Christ, it is necessary to “lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us” (Hebrews 12:1). Whether you are struggling with this in your own life or simply want to guard against it, this class will equip and encourage you.

The Jail ministry at Calvary ministers to the incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center. This ministry has a dual purpose: evangelism and discipleship. We practice evangelism through the ministry of music and preaching, and discipleship through a follow-up correspondence ministry. Each month there is an outreach opportunity.Phone: 839-8912

Our commitment to the Spanish-speaking community is to minister and disciple every person, providing them with the biblical knowledge of what God expects from us, and what we can expect from Him. Our plan is simple - to go verse by verse and line upon line through the scriptures, and use God’s resources to teach all people to observe what Christ commanded. We are committed to serve God through these people according to the principles in His Word. Our intention is to reach hearts, so they can reach up to God, and reach out to impact neighborhoods, communities, states, and the world.

The Sports Ministry is a unique opportunity for believers to fellowship with one another in addition to the benefit of outreach to our community. The sports ministry aims to provide a variety of fun activities for both youth and adults. Additionally, we seek to creatively reach unbelievers with the love of Christ through interaction and fellowship with His people.
